$200A specialized, all-inclusive restorative package with extended calendar time for severely pelted coats. Includes safe pelt removal on sensitive feline skin, blade heat management, and a soothing post-shave skin therapy bath. (All mat and pelt removal fees are fully included in this service.)

The Lion Cut Groom
A precision full-body clip to remove excess weight and shedding. Styled with a natural mane, choice of lion tail or full tail, and the option to add a short, round head style.*
The Comb Cut / Plush Groom
A plush, velvety teddy-bear trim leaving roughly 1/4" to 1/2" of soft, even length. (Cat must be 100% free of mats to achieve this finish.)*
The Bolero Cut Groom
A stylish half-shave leaving the front half of your cat (chest and front legs) full and fluffy, while the back half is shaved close like a lion cut. Includes choice of a lion tail or full tail.*

5. Special Care Fees & Salon Policies
To maintain a safe, sanitary, Fear Free environment for all feline guests and respect dedicated appointment times, the following care fees and policies apply when conditions require extra time, specialized protocols, or unscheduled procedures:

Important Notice: Matting vs. The Hot Mess Groom
Pelt and mat removal require extreme patience, frequent blade changes to prevent heat friction, and significantly more table time. All dematting, mat removal, and pelt removal are fully included in The Hot Mess Groom ($230) because that service automatically reserves a dedicated, extended 2-hour window on our calendar.
If a cat is booked under a standard groom or haircut and arrives severely matted or pelted, the Mat Removal ($40+) or Pelt Removal ($60+) fee will be added to the base groom price. Because this was not planned in our locked-door schedule, it requires emergency time restructuring, blade cooling breaks, and extra skin-soothing care.
Pick-Up Courtesy & Travel Accommodations
To preserve a calm, Fear Free environment and ensure smooth transitions between our morning and afternoon styling sessions, we send a notification text as soon as your cat is finished and resting comfortably. Standard pick-up is requested within 30 minutes of this notification.
Traveling from more than 30 minutes away? We are proud to care for cats traveling from all across Southwest Florida! If your drive takes longer than 30 minutes, please inform us at drop-off how long your commute takes. We will gladly note your travel time in advance and coordinate our alert timing so you never have to rush.
Cats remaining in our care longer than 30 minutes after notification without prior travel arrangements will incur a Late Pick-Up Fee ($15 per 15-minute increment) to cover dedicated individual supervision and staffing.
Salon Cancellation Policy
We operate as an exclusive, low-volume feline facility and reserve dedicated, one-on-one time blocks for every cat. Cancellations or appointment reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Thank you for your consideration and understanding!
